Join us just outside of Rome for a tour of an ancient Roman olive grove. You will learn how making olive oil has changed over the last 2000 years as well as see a modern olive oil mill. After the tour you will participate in a tasting of the grove’s own olive oil.
Later at “La Cucina Sabina” we will learn how to make authentic Roman Style pizza characterized by a thin, crispy crust. Not only will you learn how to make pizza, but you will eat your own masterpiece. There will be plenty of fresh air and tasty treats before returning to Rome in the afternoon.
