*Students may sign-up and pay online until Sunday, June 30th. Starting from Monday, July 1st all sign-ups and payments must be completed in cash in the Student Services Office located on the ground floor of the Tiber Campus.

If you are living in Italy, especially in the warm seasons, you will see people eating the famous Italian "gelato" everywhere! Join us on a "gelato tour" and learn all about the traditional Italian sweet shops and gelaterias! The tour will begin with a visit to a gelato show where all the gelato is homemade! You will see the step by step process of how gelato is made and then you will be the taste tester of the finished product!

The tour will continue with a stop to try Rome's famous Granita (Italian flavored ice) near the Pantheon and then you will head to the area of Monti, a historical neighborhood where you will get to experience and taste Sicilian gelato. Lastly, the tour will take you to the historic "Palazzo del Freddo" where you will try some unusual flavored gelato.
