Sapri is a town in the geographical region of Cilento (in Campania). The town is a port on the Tyrrhenian Sea, close to the border of Basilicata. Join us in this adventure, discovering the beauty of the Cilento Coast and Sapri town and port.

We will take a boat tour along the coast, and discover all the grottos and caves on the way (below and over the water). This year we will visit “Baia degli Infreschi”, awarded “best Italian bay” in 2013 and 2014. On Saturday will reach the National Park of Cilento with a private bus. The road to reach the grottos is incredibly beautiful. On our way there, we will pass by a canyon completely covered by vegetation, on a path that unfolds from the historic center throughout springs, waterfalls, and an ancient mill and culminates into the gorgeous Bussento Grotto. The Oasis is located in the protected area of Morigerati. The area covers 607 hectares within the national park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano (Campania region). The Morigerati Oasis is well known due to the importance of its Karst Phenomena.

The second day will include a Kayak session in the Bussento river, to cool down after the hiking session.

On Sunday we will hike from the harbor of Sapri until Canale di Mezzanotte, along an ancient path. We will spend some free time in the Love Bay, a very private and suggestive bay of Sapri.

Hiking Level: Moderately Strenuous hike will generally be challenging for an unconditioned person. The terrain will involve a steady and often steep incline
