2nd: Departure 7.30 am: Visit of Vesuvius. The we will check in at the hotel in Agerola where we will stay for one night.
3rd: Hiking The Way of the Gods: Agerola to Positano - Length: 5.5 km
Description:
It is an old way of communication, used for centuries by locals to reach their lands, orchards and from Agerola to nearby Positano.
The name of this trail expresses all the wonders that can be admired through it, both from the botanical and geological point of view, as it offers a fabulous view of coastal and mountain landscapes from Positano to the island of Capri.
Walking at about 500 meters above sea level, we immerse ourselves in the Mediterranean scrub between rocky cliffs and lush woods. The journey is very impressive, with caves and deep creeks in a unique setting in the world.
At the end of the excursion we will visit the beautiful city of Positano and you will have the opportunity to go out among the typical shops of the Amalfi Coast.
4th: Hiking from Amalfi to the Oriented Nature Reserve - Length: 10 km. From Amalfi we reach the Ferriere Valley where thanks to the waterfalls and its waterways, it has immersed itself in a setting with a cool climate. The Reserve, in addition to giant fern, also houses the small carnivorous plant, now extinct. They cross steep pastures, vegetation and rocky cliffs. The excursion is a lot of fun as you have to swim in the watercourses.
When returning the excursion you can visit the wonderful city of Amalfi and buy the typical products.
Return to Rome around 4.30PM on the 4th.
