What better way could there be to learn about Italian culture than a cooking class? Culinary fun starts here! Don’t miss the chance to learn how to make a scrumptious 3-course meal from scratch with our Italian chef Claudia Paiella from 3 Inch Fat at “Enoteca Corsi” located on Via del Gesù 87/88  (Piazza Venezia). You will definitely not regret eating your self-made meal! 

Menu: 
-Fettuccine with Amatriciana sauce
-Traditional Saltimbocca alla romana (Veal wrapped with prosciutto and sage)
-Ciambelline al vino (Red wine and fennel ring biscuits)
