Join this perfect combo and discover the beauty of Rome. There are infinite possibilities to stay fit and healthy and one of this could have the following scenario: the sun; the fresh air and you walking around the beauties of Rome, such as the Colosseum or a beautiful unexpected hidden spot.
During the walk, you will also learn how to connect yourself with the surrounding and synchronize your natural inner instinct with the outside world. You will learn how to give attention to the breathing; muscles; the rhythm of our heartbeat and, the way our chakras - the center of energies - work.
You will discover the hidden spots of your neighborhood, where the whims of time flow upon the history and transform territories. You will realize that here in Rome there are still places where the untouched savory of the past arises through the narrow alleys or ancient building walls of Trastevere.
