The Sabina region is located just north of Rome and is known for its variety of local agricultural products such as olives and olive oil, honey, fruit, and cheese.

Discover the world of bees with a certified beekeeper and honey taster at La Casa Nettarina. The workshop not only includes information about beekeeping and bee related products, but also a lesson on honey tasting where you will get to put these techniques into practice by tasting the local honey yourself.

After our three-course lunch made of local and organic products, we will go to Azienda Agricola Marcellini to participate in a hands-on cheese making workshop. This activity allows you to see and participate in transforming raw milk into fresh ricotta cheese.
