Much Ado About Nothing is one of William Shakespeare’s comedies which was published in 1623. Throughout the play, all of the characters experience a series of misunderstandings, rumors, gossip, lies, and distorted truths. The humor of the play’s events develops through these mix-ups. Fortunately this leads to a happy ending… at least for most of the characters.

The Silvano Toti Globe Theatre was constructed in 2003 as an Italian replica of the Elizabethan Globe Theatre, where Shakespeare’s plays were originally performed. This production is the only show of the season to be performed in the original English rather than Italian.
