Mandatory requirements:

- Students must be 18 years old or older to participate in the activity.  
- Valid Athletics Competitive Physical, conducted by an Italian sport doctor 

Last Day to register: Tuesday, March 5th  
Last day to withdraw from activity: Monday, March 4h 
Last day to complete the switch: n.a.  
No show/late Cancelation fee: €160

IMPORTANT NOTICE: please keep in mind that all JCU Student Services and Athletics sponsored trips and outdoor activities are subject to change according to conditions including, but not limited to, weather.  

This trip is intended for a delegation of student-athletes chosen by their coaches, who will be participating in university sports teams, competing at International Sports Festival organized by American College of Greece “Deree”, Athens. 

Please, keep in mind that it is your responsibility to schedule make-up classes for your absences during this trip; on behalf of the Athletics Dpt., you are kindly invited to get in touch with your professors and inform them about your absence April 9-12. 

 
WEEKEND TRIP SCHEDULE  
 
First day, April 9 
5:00 PM: meeting at Fiumicino Airport, T1 in front of Leonardo da Vinci’s Statue. Flight Ryanair FR1198 7:25 PM. Landing in Athens at 10:25 PM. Transfer to Park Hotel; check-in and dinner. 
 
Second day, April 10 
8:00 AM: hotel breakfast, walk to Deree University for games/practice sessions. Packed lunch provided by the tournament organization. 6:30 PM walk back to the hotel, dinner, and free time. 

Third day, April 11 
8:00 AM: hotel breakfast, walk to Deree University for games/practice sessions. Packed lunch provided by the tournament organization. 6:30 PM walk back to the hotel, dinner, and free time. 

Fourth day, April 12 
8:00 AM: hotel breakfast, walk to Deree University for games/practice sessions. Packed lunch provided by the tournament organization. 6:30 PM walk back to the hotel, dinner, and free time. 

Fifth day, April 13 
9:00 AM: hotel breakfast, check-out. 10:30 AM transfer to city center and tour of the main attractions. Free time, meeting at 7:30 PM and transfer to the airport. Flight Ryanair FR1199 11:30 PM. Landing in Roma Fiumicino at 00:40 AM
