From the moment we wake up,  every day we are constantly driven by desires, expectations, and fears.  All this can be resumed in one word: Emotion, from Latin, emovere: "move out, remove, agitate". Rarely do we stop and ask ourselves: "What I am feeling right now?" We are often pushed from one emotion to another, from a desire to the next one. How can we make friends with our feelings?  Is there any real difference between joy and pain? How can I discover myself through the emotional intelligence?

We often forget the sensual power that distinguishes human beings in a world increasingly surrounded by the concept of artificial intelligence. 
Guided by the communicative power of art, this activity aims to rediscover our inwardness, to appreciate and rediscover the beauty of our emotional intelligence.

- Tickets to the exhibition "Emotion" at Chiostro del Bramante 

- Meditation session
