Pre-departure mandatory meeting: Wednesday Sep. 27/Thursday, Sep 28 - during practice

Mandatory requirements:

• Students must be 18 years old or older to participate in the activity.
• An Athletics physical conducted by an Italian sport doctor is mandatory

Last Day to register: by Sunday, September 24th  
Last day to withdraw from activity: by Monday, September 25th at 1pm.  

 No show/late Cancelation fee: The trip is entirely free of charge, but starting from September 24th, once you've registered, withdrawals won't be accepted. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a €100 hold will be placed on your student account.

This trip is intended for the students who will be participating in university sports teams. It will be an opportunity to create a strong team spirit within the team and between teams.    

WEEKEND TRIP SCHEDULE  

First day  

8:30 AM, Meeting at Termini Station – in front of the Nike store 
9:02 AM, Departure to Roma Termini, train 4544 to Tagliacozzo 
10:50 AM, Arrival in Tagliacozzo, visit of the Old Town and the Natural Reserve  
12:45 PM, Transfer to Hotel Park and check-in 
1:00 PM, Lunch at the Hotel 
2:00 PM, Team members presentation, ice breakers and board games 
3:00 PM, Transfer to the sports facilities and practice session  
7:15 PM, Transfer to the Hotel 
8:00 PM, Dinner at the Hotel and free time  
 

Second day  

8:00 AM: Breakfast  
8:45 AM: Transfer to the Sports Facilities and practices  

12:45 PM: Transfer to the Hotel 

1:00 PM: Lunch at the Hotel and board games 

2:30 PM, Check out and transfer to the sports facilities and practices  
6:00 PM: Transfer to the train station  

6:50 PM: Departure to Roma Tiburtina, train 4563 (connection), then from Tiburtina train 20547 to Roma Trastevere
