Pre-Departure Mandatory Meeting: Wednesday, July 5th  at 1:00 pm in F.G.3 

Last day to register and pay: Sunday, July 2nd. 

Last day to withdraw from activity and get your refundby FridayJune 23rd. 

Last day to complete the switch: by MondayJuly 3rd. 

Mandatory Requirements: 

  • Students must be 18 years old or older to participate in the activity 

  • Basic Physical Examination 

  • Hiking Boots (the Athletics Dpt. can lend you a pair!)  

No show/late Cancelation fee: € 220

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

WEEKEND TRIP SCHEDULE (subject to change according to weather conditions):

 

DAY 1

7:00 AM: meeting at Trastevere station; 

9:30 AM: arriving at Colle Verrico; 

9:45 AM: Welcome breakfast and hike to Foresta di Patrignone 

1:30 PM: Lunch at the holiday farm and free time 

3:00 PM: Farm activities 

7:35 PM: Dinner at holiday farm

  

DAY 2

8:00 AM: Breakfast 

9:00 AM: Bus to Sacro Cuore 

9:45 AM: Start hiking to Sacro Cuore and Cascata delle Barche (Packed snack/lunch), bath at the waterfalls. 

4:30 PM: Farewell aperitivo at holiday farm 

5:00 PM: Bus to Rome

DESCRIPTION OF THE HIKE

 

Hiking level: Moderately Strenuous hike will generally be challenging for an unconditioned person. The terrain will involve a steady and often steep incline. 

 

 

Minimum Number of participants required: 10

Maximum Number of Participants: 20
