The Cinque Terre is a coastal area within Liguria region in the northwest of Italy. It lies in the west of La Spezia province, and comprises five villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. The coastline, the five villages, and the surrounding hillsides are all part of the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 

We will reach La Spezia by train.Our B&B, located close to the train station, will provide us with breakfasts, packed lunches and dinners. Every day there will be a quick train ride to reach a different Terra that we will discover through the beautiful hike trails. 

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

 

 

Hiking Level: sometimes easy, but mostly moderate strenuous - hikes will generally be challenging for an unconditioned person. The terrain will involve a steady and often steep incline.

 

 

Basic physical is mandatory for all sport trips and activities.
