-Bread or toast bread

-Tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

- Fresh Basil leaves

-Salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

-Lettuce or any type of lettuce

-Tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

-Tuna

-Parmesan Cheese (optional)

-Hard-boiled eggs

-Salt
